Job Description
At Auberge Collection, we believe that extraordinary dining experiences begin with a warm welcome and thoughtful service. As a Restaurant Guest Relations team member, you will set the tone for every guest interaction, ensuring seamless coordination and creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to luxury hospitality.
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done! Within the Auberge family, our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their team members. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:
Guest Welcome & Service Excellence
Greet guests warmly, provide courteous service, and manage check-ins and seating efficiently.
Respond accurately to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, dining options, and local attractions.
Reservations & Coordination
Answer phones and take reservations, maintaining precise records in the reservation system.
Coordinate with restaurant and/or pool staff to optimize guest placements, avoiding overbooking and ensuring smooth service flow.
Monitor guest profiles, VIP arrivals, and special requests to deliver personalized attention.
Station & Team Support
Assist with preparation of station charts, assign stations, and guide servers and support staff in achieving optimal table setup.
Collaborate with Food and Beverage Management to maintain a welcoming, efficient, and professional restaurant environment.
Operational Standards & Guest Satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the host station and assigned work areas.
Ensure menus and wine lists are clean, updated, and well-stocked at all times.
Address guest complaints promptly, resolving concerns with care and professionalism.

Experience
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and professional attitude.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Additional languages are considered an advantage.
